Have you ever been curious what is it like to… SKETCH a human figure? Ever told yourself - oh, I could never, I'm not an artist after all? We're here to tell you, show you and give you wings! Anyone can sketch, besides - we do it with joy and in a free environment! In more than 100 sketching events we've explored the secrets and joys of sketching, which we'll share on 8 Wednesday evenings!
WHAT: The theory of the joys of sketching, applied knowledge, nude and dressed model sketching for participants without prior knowledge. HOW: all materials, papers and drinking water as well as delicious coffee from Zvaigzne Cafe is provided.
WHERE: Two creative locations: the studio Forest of Dreams (sessions 1-4) and clothing workshop/store MAKE (sessions 5-8). Lessons will be primarily in English with a translation in Latvian provided upon request.
PARTICIPATION: with a valid digital COVID certificate (vaccinated/recently recovered) and an ID. Participants will have personalized seats. During the proceedings FFP2 respirators must be worn. Participants may be younger than 18, but must keep in mind that starting with the 5th session there will be nude models. The maximum number of participants in a lesson is 7 people.
